Call, text, or book online and we come out at a time that works for you. A Titan inspector walks the roof, photographs everything, and tells you straight what it needs, whether that is a repair, a full replacement, or nothing at all. You leave with a photo report, an honest recommendation, and a written estimate from the same visit, with no pressure.
You get a clear, itemized proposal with Good, Better, and Best material options and financing laid out in plain English, and we walk through it with you until every question is answered. If insurance is involved, we help with the claim. Once you sign, your project is locked in and your project manager introduces themselves.
We order materials, handle permits and any HOA paperwork, and put your build on the calendar. You will know your install date, what to expect that day, what to move before the crew arrives, and who to call. Materials are delivered the day before, and text updates keep you posted as the date gets close.
When the crew is done, your project manager walks the finished roof with you. We do a full cleanup with a magnet sweep for nails, clear the gutters and downspouts, take final inspection photos for your records, and register your manufacturer and workmanship warranties. The final invoice comes only once you are satisfied.

Titan Roofing started in Springfield in 2020. We bought our first office here in 2022 and moved into our current office on East Jean Street in 2023. In 2026 we opened a second office in Pleasant Hill to serve the Kansas City area. Today our crews work from Branson up to Kansas City and east to Columbia, on homes, churches, shops, warehouses and apartment buildings.
Close to home, that means Nixa, Ozark, Republic, Willard, Strafford, Rogersville and Marshfield. Farther out, we roof in Bolivar, Branson, Branson West, Hollister, Shell Knob and around Lake Ozark. If your town is not on that list, call us anyway. If it sits somewhere between Branson, Kansas City and Columbia, there is a good chance one of our crews is already working nearby.
When you call, we ask a few simple questions about the property, what you are seeing and whether a storm came through recently. Then we set an inspection time that fits your schedule. For a business, we plan the visit around your hours.
On the roof, our inspector checks the shingles or panels, flashing, vents, pipe boots and gutters, and we often send a drone up for a wider view. The photos are how we explain things, so you see exactly what we see. We keep you posted from the first visit until the job is done.
